2. Payments & Fees

• All pricing for services is provided in proposals, invoices, or agreements between Podcat Creative Consulting and the client.

• Payments are due in full unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of consulting and strategy-based services, all sales are final. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us at hello@podcatcreative.com.

3. Intellectual Property

• All original content, including strategies, templates, and training materials provided by Podcat Creative Consulting, remain the intellectual property of Podcat Creative Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients retain full ownership of any podcast content they create, including episodes and branding elements.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Podcat Creative Consulting’s proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely and accurate information necessary for the completion of services.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for content included in their podcast (e.g., music, third-party media).

• Podcat Creative Consulting is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legal compliance of any podcast episodes produced by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Podcat Creative Consulting is not responsible for:

• Any business outcomes, revenue increases, or audience growth resulting from the client’s podcast.

• Technical failures, third-party platform issues, or delays beyond our control.

• Any legal issues arising from podcast content, such as copyright infringement or defamation.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

• We may recommend or assist in setting up third-party services (e.g., podcast hosting, recording software). However, we do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their performance, security, or policies.

• Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party tools used.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the consulting process.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal requirements.

8. Termination of Services

Podcat Creative Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if a client:

• Fails to make payments as agreed.

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.

• Engages in behavior that is abusive, unethical, or unlawful.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

9. Changes to These Terms

Podcat Creative Consulting may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
